Today I received an email from an online publication I subscribe to inviting me to follow a link to register for a seminar. When I clicked the link, my browser warned me that the page was requesting “enhanced abilities” that were “UNSAFE” (their caps, not mine).
You’ll never guess what the topic of the seminar was – “Delivering technology to protect and secure your information”.
